Executive Committee:
Shan Jamshed Khan (Chief Knowledge Officer)
Shan has been president since 2006. He joined the firm in 2006 and was a member of the teams that opened Agile's India offices. Before becoming the firm's first President from Asia, he is head of Agile’s global Services. With offices located in India and Dubai.
Shan's project experience includes work on strategy and corporate development, as well as several major organizational—and operational—change efforts. He has recently worked on a large-scale project finance, brand and channel strategies, alliance development, marketing and sales improvement, and e-business strategy.
Shan Jamshed Khan studied finance, business administration, receiving a MBA Degree from the IMI Belgium, and M.A. Economics from Lucknow University.
Shubash Singh (President BPO Operation)
Shubash works in our Lucknow office and leads Agile's People Team which guides how the firm recruits, retains, and develops its consultants and staff worldwide. As a member of the BPO operation, he has served various companies to solve there complicated problems, coordinator of the firm's technical and utilities work in USA.
Since joining Agile in 2006, Shubash has led numerous organizational, and business development projects for major pharmacy companies. He has also worked extensively in consumer goods, loan consolidation and mortgage.
Puneet Dubey Project Lead ( Voice Support)
Puneet is Project Lead Agile Lucknow and a member of the Executive Committee. He joined Agile in 2006. From 2006 to 2008 he headed our outbound sales division. Have 4 experience of outbound and Inbounds call handling and have great sales and customer handling Skill.
Puneet holds graduate and degrees in commerce from University.
Priyanka Singh (Head Human Resource)
Priyanka is responsible for leading Agile’s global HRM function and for recruitment and development at Agile. Before assuming her current role, Ankita was responsible for recruitment, training, and appraisal. She has been with the firm since 2009.
Ankita worked in life insurance company for 2 years, joining the firm immediately after graduating from IISE School of Management in 2009.
Agile provides solutions for high-end, knowledge-intensive services. We have over 15 highly skilled professionals, including CA/CPAs, MBAs, statisticians and economics graduates, B.E/B. Tech delivering information and knowledge services to global clients.

Our turnover in 2008-09 was USD 300K, we are expecting USD 500K turnover in the year 2009-10.
We have strong balance sheet and maintained good cash reserve to support our urgent business expansion and project requirement. Our company is managed by skilled
